James Amos founded 'Human Compass' as a student company whilst at University in South Wales. He remains the Artistic Director of the company and is grateful for the wonderful team which sourrounds him.

Denise is a professional theatre director, having worked extensively throughout the country on a variety of projects and productions she joined the board of Directors in December 2007. We are working closely together to move Human Compass on to the next stage of its life.

Ross is the wise Welsh Wizard and a key member of the board here. He is a good sounding board and is invaluable for contacts in the local area. We look forward to working even more closely together in the second phase of the companies development.
Ross is a teacher and for many years was head of History at 'Driffield School' ( a web search proves the popularity of his lessons).
